Voltage dividers offer high resistance range

Using patented self-passivating tantalum-nitride-on-silicon technology, the DIV23 Series SOT23 surface-mount voltage dividers can offer an extended resistance range to 200 kΩ. Available with either RoHS-compliant or Sn/Pb terminations, the voltage dividers feature an element power rating of 100 mW at 70°C, with a package power rating of 1.0 W at 70°C.
